Intermediate programs

The intermediate programs are for those who would like to improve their time and have experience in 5km and/ or 10 km training.  Except for the 5k schedule, which is a 8 week program, all programs are 12 weeks and consist of 4 sessions a week and include a variety of workouts like intervals, fartlek, and fitness.

 

Intermediate 5k program: This 8-week program is for people who can run 5km and would like to improve their time. The schedule involves 4 sessions per week and includes a variety of workouts like intervals, fartlek, and fitness.

 

Intermediate 10k program: This 8-week program is ideal for people who have experience in 5km and/or 10km training and would like to finish faster. The schedule involves 4 sessions per week and includes a variety of workouts like intervals, fartlek, and fitness.

 

Intermediate 10-mile program: This 12-week program is created for the runner who can do a 10k run easily and would like to increase the distance. The schedule involves 4 sessions per week and includes a variety of workouts like intervals, fartlek, and fitness.

 

Intermediate half-marathon program: This 12-week program is created for the runner who can do a 10k or 10-mile run easily and would like to increase the distance. The schedule involves 4 sessions per week and includes a variety of workouts like intervals, fartlek, and fitness.
