The advanced programs are for runners who are dedicated to train at least 5 times a week, have experience in running the distance and like to improve their time. The focus is on speed and endurance, and the plan involves fartlek, intervals, fitness, hills, and long runs.

 

Advanced 5km program: This 12-week program is created for someone who regularly runs 5 times per week. The focus is on speed and endurance, and the plan involves fartlek, intervals, fitness, hills, and long runs.

Advanced 10km program: This 12-week program is created for serious runners who want to workout 5 times per week. The focus is on speed and endurance, and the plan involves fartlek, intervals, fitness, hills, and long runs.

Advanced 10-mile program: This 12-week program is created for runners who have conquered the distance before and would like to improve their time. The schedule involves 5 training sessions per week.
